Payment Options:
There are no hidden charges when you book with Step on Himalaya. The price of your trip will be billed to you through email. Once you are ready, you will pay an advance of at least 35% of the cost of your trip. There are various ways to pay for the trip, such as money transfers, bank transfers, or credit cards (through Himalayan Bank Limited). The methods of payment are further mentioned broadly in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Discount Offers:
A 5% discount is offered to loyal customers who have done two or more trips with Step On Himalaya, as well as referrals from loyal customers.
If there are 12 or more people in a group, we are happy to offer an extra discount for all the members.
Seasonal discounts are applicable to everyone, during Dec-Feb and Jun-Aug.

Certification and Registration
We are a Government Registered trekking company under the Office of Company Registrar, Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation of Nepal, Nepal Tourism Board, Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal (TAAN), Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA), Nepal Rashtriya Bank, and VITOF. We have connections with the other various tourism organizations in Nepal and in other countries. We have the authorization to conduct trekking, hiking, mountaineering, and other activities as scheduled by the Tourism Industrial Division of Nepal. Step on Himalaya is already registered with the Inland Revenue Department with the Permanent Account Number and levied taxes are being paid according to the rules and regulations of the Government.
